These coffee beans have a full-bodied earthy flavor, yet have a mild acidity. This is the perfect coffee for those who might have sensitivity to acidic beverages. These beans are grown at an altitude of 1200-1700M with a natural almond, chocolate and lemongrass taste. This region is still experimenting with processing methods; however, the cultural predominance and economic advantages of wet hauling and sun drying the beans permeate this region giving these beans a unique flavor people enjoy around the world.
