This amazing offering consists of nutty tasting notes & caramel, cherry and chocolate. It grows at an altitude of 1450 to 1615 M. and the harvest is between November and February. Imported from Honduras by our importer who takes great care to ensure the consistency and quality of the beans. It is washed and patio dried and undergoes extensive cupping to ensure it is of the finest quality.

Roast: Light, Medium, Dark

Grind: Coarse, Medium Coarse, Medium, Medium Fine, Fine

Noteworthy: Coarse grind is used for cold brew, cowboy coffee. Medium Coarse Grind is used for French press, percolators, cupping or sampling. Medium Grind is used mostly for auto – drip type brewers. A Medium Fine Grind is best used for pour-over coffee. A Fine Grind is mostly use for espresso.
