Brazil Florada is a fantastic high-quality coffee bean that is harvested by smallholder farmers from the Cerrado, Mohicans and Sun De Minas region of Brazil. It is grown at an altitude of 600 to 1200 M. and harvested between the months of May and August. Brazil Florada has natural tasting notes of cashew, honey molasses and milk chocolate. These coffee beans are dried using a natural process—that means the fruit of the cherry is left on during the patio drying process leaving a lot of the natural flavor of the fruit. Tremendous care is taken to ensure only the very best green coffee bean is taken to market. We find this coffee to be loved by individuals who enjoy low acid coffees.
